10am: Museo Fallero - (Cost € 4) This unsuspecting museum highlights one of Spain's most famous festivals: Las Fallas. In this festival, Valencian neighborhoods spend millions of Euros constructing large, beautiful, and elaborate structures, showing off the pride they have of their communities. During the week-long festival, neighborhoods reunite, show off their princesses, their traditional dress and dance, partying all day and night around the structures.

On the last day of the festival, the structures are burned to the ground. But one figure is pardoned each year. The ninot is put in this museum. We will have the opportunity to see the ninots that were pardoned since the early 1900's.

11:00: City of Arts and Sciences (€ 40) Campus Walk and Pictures. Drinks/Lunch
City of Arts and Sciences Website

You will never forget the first moment that you happen upon the campus of the City of Arts and Sciences! So extraordinary to take in, it takes an hour or more just to get your pictures in front of all the buildings! The astoundingly beautiful parks and water pools are mesmerizing! Perhaps we'll try Agua de Valencia. Don’t let its innocent name fool you. This cocktail doesn’t contain any water and is rather strong. The recipe calls for sweet Valencian oranges, cava (local sparkling wine), vodka, gin and sugar, resulting in a sweet refreshing drink that is enjoyed by pretty much anyone who gives it a try.
12:30 Next we head to the Oceanografic, one of the largest aquariums in the world. It is home to almost 45,000 animals across 500 species. You'll see dolphins, sea lions, Beluga whales, penguins, shark and more. 3:30 We continue to the Museu de les Ciències, learn about science in a fun, interactive way through interactive exhibitions and cutting-edge animations. We end our day at the Hemisferic. The
