Lynne, thank you so much for booking with Fénix Luxury Apartments, located at Calle Constitución No. 1, just 100 meters from Plaza Mayor.
On the day of your arrival, at 7:00, you will receive all the information for your arrival and the codes to access the apartment by email or through the chat of the platform you used to book the accommodation.
As there is no reception, fast check-in IS MANDATORY. You will receive an email from no-reply@chekin.com with a link to do so and fill in the details of ALL GUESTS.
In no case will it be possible to access the apartment without first having provided this information through FAST CHECK-IN
Check-in can be done from 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
The apartment is in the heart of the city and parking can be difficult because everything is a limited parking blue zone (ORA payment zone). There are several paid parking lots in the area. The one in Plaza Mayor is right in the same square where the apartment is located and its daily price is €19.05. Other nearby parking lots are the Isabel la Católica Parking, the Poniente Parking and the Portugalete Parking. Another option, if you prefer, is a seven-minute walk away where there are several free parking areas. It is called Plaza del Milenio until the Feria de Muestras. They are just across the Pisuerga River.
